Each charter comes staffed with experienced crew, equipped with safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. The specific amenities can vary by the type of service — for example, sunset trips include a range of premium snacks and drinks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and professional catering options.

For ensuring availability, it's advised to book at least 2–3 weeks prior, particularly through our high season spanning May to September. If you're planning corporate functions or private festivities, allowing 4–6 weeks before your event aids in securing preferred dates and customizing your experience.

Your safety is our utmost concern. Unfavorable weather as judged by the captain may result in rescheduling your charter or issuing a full refund. We closely track meteorological conditions and will reach out at least 24 hours in advance if the forecast suggests potential issues.

Certainly, guests are invited to bring their own edibles and non-alcoholic beverages. We also feature outstanding catering services and have the capability to tailor menu options to your liking. It's important to note that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.

We are committed to making our services accessible to all. Some yachts are more equipped than others to help with mobility challenges. We encourage reaching out during the booking process to talk over specific requirements, and we'll suggest the most accessible yacht and arrange any additional facilities needed.

Cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice are fully refunded. Those made between 24 and 72 hours from the departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are not refunded except in the case of unsuitable weather or mechanical difficulties attributable to us.
